Returns Policy

Our aim at Sugar Baby Lolly Jars is to ensure that you or the recipient receives a lolly jar that blows them away. Sometimes, due to circumstances beyond our control, this may not happen. If in any situation you are unsatisfied with our product please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at and we will work to find an appropriate solution.

In the event that a certain lolly you have selected is unavailable, Sugar Baby Lolly Jars reserves the right to substitute the lolly with one of similar taste and colour. We will do our best to contact you before we ship your order.


As our lolly jars are customised to your specific combination of lollies, we do not provide refunds or offer returns due to change of mind or taste/flavour preferences.


If your order has arrived damaged, please send photos of the item to included with your order number and we will provide a solution, which may include a replacement, at our discretion.

If your order has not arrived, please firstly check the tracking of the order included in your order confirmation.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your refund has been approved, to comply with relevant anti money-laundering laws, your refund will be processed to your credit card used or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note, we cannot provide refunds or replacements under the following circumstances:

  • If your order is not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided with your order, or a recipient not being available to receive the delivery.
  • If your order is delayed due to things outside of our control like weather, couriers, or public holiday interferences.
  • If your products are damaged as the result of being left outside upon delivery.
